Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR)
Good for: surveys in vegetated areas, As-built surveys, more accurate terrain models. We use a complex integration of three advanced technologies – Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and the LIDAR sensor to derive high resolution geospatial information.
Good for: river and ocean surveys; We use multi-beam and side-scanning echo-sounders to conduct water surveys efficiently and accurately.
Environmental Survey and Monitoring
Good for: climate change tracking; disaster risk management; ecosystems monitoring; urbanization and habitat change tracking We use UAVs that can reach areas that are either too dangerous or too inaccessible for other forms of monitoring, including remote coastlines, river banks and agricultural locations.
